How to Receive Help
From the B+ Foundation
After spending 167 days living with Andrew in the hospital, we understand all too well how important it is to be with your critically ill child. For most of us, that means jobs, bills, and life outside the hospital comes second. Unfortunately, we still have to find a way to pay the medical bills and bills at home. So the B+ Foundation is committed to helping the families of critically ill children with financial assistance so they can focus on helping their child get well.
The IRS requires us to request that this form be filled out and submitted.
